A random sample of 120 emploees from a total population of 1200 in F.R.E.C were randomly selected and asked to answer to (J.D.I) questioneer and mayer,s commitement questioneer and analysis of relation between them and their effect on customer satisfaction. Hence a random sample of 120 customer were randomly selected and asked to answer to (C.S) questioeer. The analysis of gathered data revealed the following result.
First T-test showed a significant relationship between martial status, ages and so on. The one way analysis of variance and Schafee test show a little significant relation between the level of education and job satisfaction- organizational commitement.
Finally analysis showed job satisfaction lead to organizational commitement and both of them make a happy and delight customer and 5 factomer is so important to customer 1-services 2-price 3-management 4-quality of product 5-facilities.
